What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique for stress reduction, relaxation, relief from physical or emotional pain etc., that promotes healing of the body, mind and spirit. It is administered by "laying on hands" which is a gentle, non-invasive pressure in which "life force energy" flows through us. The attuned reiki practitioner moves the channeled energy throughout the client’s body with intention, to promote balance and healing, via their palms. It is not painful, you are fully clothed, sitting or lying down, and it is safe for all beings. It is a complimentary therapy best used in addition to regular medical and psychological care. Sessions are held in a safe, peaceful and private room with a certified reiki therapist.

What is crystal energy healing?
Crystal healing is a holistic, non-invasive, vibrational energy-based system of healing. The technique uses precisely placed crystals on or around the physical body including the seven main chakras and meridians such as hands and feet. Crystals may also be laid in geometric patterns (grids) within the environment. Crystals absorb, focus, direct, detoxify, shift and diffuse energy as they interact with electromagnetic forces and the subtle vibrations within human or environmental energy fields. Healing means bringing mind, body, spirit and environment back into harmony, restoring the body’s natural rhythm and equilibrium whilst crystals enhance the healing capabilities via their own unique properties.
What is intuitive guidance?
It is defined by having the ability to know or understand things without any proof or evidence: having intuition or clairvoyance. With an innate gift, years of meditative and mindfulness practice as well as trusting my own intuition I have been able to channel the energy of other beings and relay that information to them (intuitively guide). Many people are sensing types but have not devoted or developed the ability to trust their own intuition therefore confiding in someone who is able to channel that energy can be of great comfort and support.
What is Somatic Experiencing?
This is a holistic, therapeutic approach that focuses on the interconnectedness of the mind and body. Individuals who may have experienced trauma store those experiences in their body and can become stuck in "fight or flight" mode, unable to release from this state and can often be greatly affected by the trauma which presents as: post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complicated grief, addiction, depression, anxiety, trust and intimacy issues, self-esteem problems, anger issues etc. We incorporate mindfulness practices with body centered movements such as yoga and physical assists, breathwork and communication, all led by a credentialed facilitator, to realign the unity within our bodies. Fostering a safe space to explore and heal, each session is customized to meet the client where they are most comfortable and allows exploration of your bodies response to your experiences. Once we begin to acknowledge and locate this discomfort we can then introduce awareness and tools to become more present in the physical being, with regulated emotions supporting this relationship. This allows the release of tension, pain and old narratives therefore bringing us a deeper awareness of where we may be stored or manifesting and, in turn, allows us the ability to utilize these tools in daily life to maintain a more balanced foundation which supports our mental, physical, spiritual and emotional self. Somatic experiencing promotes healing of the physical, mental, social and emotional being by addressing physical and psychological experiences in a gentle and simultaneous approach, closer to freedom and peace as we write our own narrative.
What is Craniosacral assisting?
This is a system of alternative healing touch medicine intended to relieve pain and tension by utilizing gentle manipulations of the skull (cranio) regarded as harmonizing with a natural rhythm in the central nervous system and the sacral (sacrum, triangle bone in your lower back). This tends to be most beneficial in consecutive sessions. (4-10, depending on individual response) Cranial sacral therapy can be beneficial for a wide range of individuals seeking a holistic approach to their health and well-being. It may be particularly helpful for those experiencing chronic pain, stress-related conditions, migraines or headaches, musculoskeletal disorders, or emotional imbalances. Additionally, individuals looking for relaxation, improved overall body function, or support for their body’s self-healing mechanisms may also consider craniosacral therapy. This therapy is applied with intuition and light two-handed touch, applied to the body’s paired bones (for example, the two heels, the two sides of the pelvis, the two shoulders), enhances the nervous system’s own ability to observe itself—to notice, for example, differences between the right and left—and make the self-corrections that will channel fluid and movement more evenly through both sides of the body. The treatment of craniosacral assisting is used by itself or paired with yoga or other somatic healing and is beneficial, supporting a variety of health problems ranging from migraines, neck and back pain, ear infections, and temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJ), to Alzheimer’s, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), autism, Crohn’s disease, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and depression. This is gentle, non invasive, supported by props to allow comfort and relaxation throughout the relacing process. It can also be added into private yoga or healing sessions.
